Mostly because I can ONLY sleep 6 hours now. No matter how hard I try, my body forces itself awake after 6 hours. I used to be able to sleep 8 hours, but I really can't do that anymore.
I still always look at art of Ame in bed before going to sleep though and listen to a clip of her saying good night. It's how I've gone to bed pretty much every day this year. Everything else is just on the rest of me to not screw myself over in terms of actually trying to sleep.
