Speaking of her fan discord, I don't think the anon way above mentioned this, but some additional tidbits from the summaries include that for the VTubers she choose, she prefers people who have positive attitudes for a better time. And for collabs with guys, she apparently also does a check on them to make sure they aren't weirdos or do anything bad.
It's what the other anons here said that she can collab with whoever she wants now, but it might be interesting to see if her preferences or how much judgment she makes might put a damper on certain hopes (if it ever comes up, that is).
