Well wasn't she with a Japanese based company? If so then permissions would be a hindrance, and now her schedule can be more flexible. I think the Kawaii girls tried to not over lap the best they can so now she doesn't have to worry about it as well. There could be a multitude of reasons for her departure.

I didn't watch Hana so I don't know what her content was. I know for someone like Reina permissions means jack shit since she primarily does zatsudans. I don't know how often Hana played video games or wanted to play certain ones and was awaiting permissions.
