None of the numbers for live viewers are accurate on YouTube. So people pulling in 70 love viewers are probably in the triple digits, and those around 700 are probably in the four digits.

Nope. It is very apparent when YouTube fucks up and they decide to move the stream to Twitch. One being around 60 or so live viewers on YouTube and then within five or so minutes moving the stream to Twitch and they get over 100 viewers.
