It's simps that buy extra memberships, those memberships get handed out to random people in chat. Just like on Twitch.

on big streamers, with like 20k viewers+ you'll see people regularly drop 50+ gift subs. I don't know of any sites that track this, but I've seen streams where in like 4-5 hours people will drop like 200-300 gift subs. They only go to unsubbed people. So your odds could be as good as 1:100 if not better. Depends how big the simps wallets are.
