Fubuki has proven that a Holo can tell the management to back the fuck off when they tried to remove her support-Coco tweet like they did to Towa's, and her tweet still stands proudly today. Marine has pointed out that you can negotiate your ways with the management without blindly accept their refusals. Towa got her managers replaced not once, but twice. All in all, multiple Holos has shown that if they truly want it and are willing to accept all possible consequences, they can defy the management.
If Kiara and Pomu love to collab with each other that much, they can just go ahead and do that without informing Omegatranny. What can he do, then? Log on Kiara's YT account mid stream and change the password? Fire her from the company? Both would result in PR disasters. Ban Kiara from collabing with others for a few months, or cut her salary / SC? That hurt a bit, but nothing she can't deal with. Scold her harshly? Boo-hoo, what a big deal.
