no, it's more on the fact that she found out the role of Sana was created for a person of color and was dumped on her when JP management stepped in. JP management allowed Ina's friend to get the role as a middle ground. Osmega wanted a lot more diversity in his grand plan, but he couldn't find a brown person that passed JPMang's scrutiny.

Me working my office job a couple of days after my grandad died is a lot different to having to entertain an audience, particularly in Sana's case when she has established such a sunny persona.

This might be the closest to the right answer. But you are going at it the wrong way. Easiest way to get over the loss of something or someone is to dive deep into work you are used to. For her it's art commissions. Vtubing is also her job/work rn but it is something she is not used to and will definitely stress her out. The usual art commissions she takes are those huge projects that take 2-3 weeks to finish. I think the reason is as simple as that.
