The clipper market is huge, the audience decides what they want to see and if this stuff floats to the top then take it up with the fans. Cover will never step in since clippers and chuubas almost have a mutualistic relationship, yes one is massively bigger than the other but clips are still free advertisement and nobody's dumb enough to say no to that.

This is much much easier with Jap translated clips. If you clip someone speaking a foreign language you can say they are saying anything you want. And most people won't be able to call you on it.

i have so many of them blacklisted now that when a new one pops up in my recommendations there are usually three or four videos from it, because there are no other clipshitters allowed to compete with it in my recommendations. i use "don't recommend video -> i don't like the video" first on all but one of them and then "don't recommend channel" on the last one. it's important to train the recommendation system to know not only that these channels are trash, but the individual clips are also trash that should not be recommended to users who subscribe to hololive channels.
