Regarding confidence, there's also the fact that her chat was pretty bad about the "don't talk about other vtubers unless I mention them first" rule. In the period after Coco left especially there was a lot of mentioning others in chat and more recently there's been a fair few questions about another HnK day or in batsu games a lot of the punishment requests involve other members, I could see how that could potentially affect someone with self confidence issues.
On the other hand, she will often just start random stories about things that happened with other members, usually Marine, Okayu or Korone so I'm guessing it's also a matter of she has her close friend circle that she sticks to and feels comfortable with more than anything and she pretty much said as much in the QnA stream.
