how he plays his character has always been a little odd but then again trying to juggle being an amnesiac alien who no memory of who he is / his family / his friends / where he came from / etc. with his real life self isn't exactly the easiest setting anyways. it sort of limits talking about your personal experiences in zatsudans and such, especially when you know some people won't be able to tell when you're in character and when you aren't.
