MIO streamed, Ayame simply contributed to Mio's stream. There's a massive difference. It's like saying Gura popping into Calli's Jump King stream for a bit to shoot the shit meant Gura was streaming. You'd have to completely redefine the youtube meaning of 'streaming' to make it work.
