>>12389499>Why won't Kiara just teach us Japanese? She already did that with Gura.
Seriously tho, unstructured self-taught people are usually not the best teachers. It's like asking Ina to teach you how to draw, you get the same kind of answer: "Just do it, lol, that's how I learned it", which is both as true as it is unhelpful.
>>12391567>Ame mentioned today she has a new personal manager (who she treats like a personal assistant). That's great news. First of all, YES finally another one figured out that "talent manager" is basically just another glorified word for "personal assistant", and you're SUPPOSED to use them that way. Of course I don't mean to treat them like shit or anything, just that they're there to help YOU and not the other way around. Far too many talents seem to have some kind of misplaced respect or fear for their personal managers and think of them as "their boss" and are afraid to actually utilize them, so they don't get any positive experiences and only receive negative feedback (i.e. their only interaction with their manager is when he/she gives you some kind of bad news or command or "you can't do that", which doesn't foster any further good feelings either and you're only retreating further in a mutually adversarial relationship).
Kiara, whether it's by her being the rare one with an outgoing proactive personality or whether it's by having lucked out that Jenma actually is an exceptionally good manager and a real human bean, already figured this out long ago and seems to have a great relationship with her. I hope this organizational restructuring behind the scenes leads to better talent management for everyone.
