Yes, there are higher paid ones, but they tend to be gated behind everything from having to tour to having been born into the right religion or location to, y'know.
Being comfortable with showing yourself in public on the regular under your real name, which tons of creative people have always had massive issues with.
Creative people tend to have creative friends. So the pool being dry makes no sense.
Which, in turn, makes the nepotism option nonsensical.
