There is absolutely no reason why we can't have 1,000,000 gura's, the code for her model is just 1's and 0's and can be reproduced infinitely. There is no reason not to do this. You could have infinite vtubers, you could even have little vtuber avatars playing around on your homescreen desktop. There is no reason this can't happen.
