Years ago, the time I heard the meme, it seemed like a fun experiment so I went with it. Maybe it is because I don't masturbate too often (approx every three days), it wasn't some herculean effort the way people seem to meme it as? But it also was not anything special.
None of the "I feel like have so much more energy!" stuff happened with me, and I can't help but wonder if it is mostly psychosomatic (or exaggeration) for some of the people who ramble on about it.
So I just treat it as a pointless shitpost meme and respond accordingly when I see it referenced.
