The answer is Kuzuha. Without him Niji would be about the same size as 774. Its a super hard carry. If he ever left they would be doomed. Hololive would take a hit but they would be fine if Gura or Pekora left since they have other strong talents to pick up the slack. Nijisanji, on the other hand, is Kuzuha. They are nothing without him.

Kuzuha hasn't really done anything for Niji, he has mostly his own audience, if he fucked off tomorrow no one else would really feel it. That's kind of how the company is structured.

I didn't even know Nijisanji had members other than Kuzuha until you said this. That should tell you how necessary it is. I've heard the term "Nijisanji" before bit I thought that refered to Kuzuha's Apex buddies like HAL.

the latest 2 are recent debuts and og TMSK streams very irregularly. also all jp only aside from pika..so yeah.

still. they are pretty good in their own right.

I think that's more down to you being sort of dumb and unobservant to be on a vtuber board and not at least know a single Niji besides him. You knowing who he is doesn't really do anything for Nijisanji as a company, or him, since you don't watch his content or any other content from them.
