Noel has a biology degree on top of being a classical literature/history buff, and Polka is a former librarian. Lamy, Luna, and apparently Nene are all certified computer programmers.

I’d also say that Haachama isn’t necessarily booksmart, though she’s a genius at content creation and knowledgeable about classical music and art. More like being a reasonably intelligent, but hyperspecialized, person.
Also, Mumei, if not necessarily the most intelligent in HoloEN, is certainly one of the most educated by virtue of being a college student. Considering she couldn’t talk about subject material, she’s likely studying history, which management has prevented her from discussing on stream, if she’s not merely being extra cautious with opsec.
Kiara probably has the least formal education out of the Holobirds since she’s a dropout. On the other hand, Subaru studied abroad in Canada, and though I don’t know enough about Reine, I’m pretty sure she at least completed high school.
