The way OP's clip makes him seem to word it however, comes across as accusing the current talents of making up those credentials to get in, which... no, it's known that Hololive straight-up requires at least a year of consistent content-creation experience to be even considered in the first place, and the audition competition is fierce.
This is what Mouse pointed out, I think, when she throws the "you don't know what you're talking about" to Connor; he's using a bad example to illustrate the point. She would know; she grinded for years to have the streaming reps necessary to hold her own under the VShojo banner (hell, I'd say those skills she developed are part of why VShojo is a trusted brand).
