>>12675148While you're right in that entertainment industry is extremely competitive and cutthroat, the flipside is that contacts and sales matter more than skill: I agree that none of them except maaaaybe Mori has the expected skills, but at this point her and Suisei at the very least appear to have the contacts and every mid-tier Holo and above would probably sell enough tickets, merch and albums with what fanbase would survive the transition to get a contract at a small label at the very least. And there was that interview where Yagoo implied that there's already been big money offers to poach some of the talent, so someone like Suisei could genuinely get a deal with Sony or Toy's Factory, although the smart thing for her to do might still be to sign with a smaller label that gives her a bigger cut and where she has less competition for management's attention. That said, if they're smart, every single one of them ought to fit streaming in their schedules because that's what's going to keep them relevant even in a new career and the only way most of them will do it is if Hololive magically disappears from under them.
But aside from the singing and streaming, Ina and Sana are already established professional artists, whereas Noel and Mel apparently still make more with their other channel, I think Choco also, but maybe I'm mixing her up with one of those two. Some of those more involved in behind the scenes work and with administrative talent could make it as managers or consultants, mostly I'm thinking Marine, Suisei, Fubuki and Sora, but as we don't really get to see what they do in the background, it's hard to judge. I like this idea too, it's very much possible for some of them to pull off, but even then it might be better to stick with streaming:
