/vt/ as a board absolutely has an above average female population. Between /here/ chubbas and the women in male threads, it's probably like 40%, maybe even 50%. (Keep in mind that most boards are probably way more balanced than you'd think in general, most of the women just don't mention it all the time because that's fucking annoying.)

In the same case, vtubers are voice acted by people who are playing a role and is nowhere close to how they act in their real selves. I do not care for what they're like IRL, all I care is their acting ability and their talent in playing a role.

Some of them even suck at voice acting and the character shit gets dropped within 3 streams after debut.
