Luckily mine sort of solved itself one day, I had a collossal fart which went on for about 2 minutes, followed by almost instant intense diharerra. I shit out my guts to the point that my stomach was noticeably deflated, and I'm sure there was blood in it
However, since that day almost 5 years ago, I haven't had a single bit of gut pain
