Rushia may be a great actress, or it may just be real.
Rushia is 100% relatable, she likely has some underlying trust issues leading to feeling insecure (despite being cute irl, doing well, loved by many). She genuinely craves validation, to make sure that people actually like her for her and they won't abandon her. Possibly her roommate knows in the back of her head that her viewers may only love "Rushia" and not her, so it appears in menhera behaviour.
In a sense, her love for her viewers is real too. Imagine you're dying of thirst and random people offer you water; you'd thank them from the very bottom of your heart, wonder how such amazing people exist, absolutely love them. She may think "I am nothing without you". But apart from that, she loves only the idea of her viewers, not the individuals themselves. Her version of love is intense, she loves her viewers very strongly, but there's no way to demonstrate how intense it is.
Overall, Rushia probably plays it up a bit for the money, but it'd be unsurprising her menhera GFE act is actually real. Sorry for kinda blogposting.
