That way griefers can mostly just fuck with your field experience like early ARR quests about killing X amount of Y mob and not that much else.
Really the big thing missing AFAIK is a whitelist feature for /busy so you can stop all messages but allow certain ones. (and maybe making all this a default under a Streamer Mode option instead of a bunch of macros/options you have to know about)
