For the two in the OP, Beatani uses /vt/ lingo but never self-post and her content itself isn't pandering to 4chan.
Pippa has some of the mentality of people here and sometimes make jokes that are only understood here, however it's more the usual election tourist spirit than really talking about 4chan, she's pandering to herself mostly.
