The kind of blackness that people normally talk a out as a distinct thing is usually defined by being beyond a certain skin darkness, talking in an urban/(north) african/haitian accent, and represent urban/african culture.
As someone who usually doesn't watch black content creators because I'm not black and don't identify with the black experience, I wouldn't know where to find what OP's looking for. But I'm sure streamers like that exist, because I've seen black streamers before and they are in fact real. Lurking around black egirk social media circles is probably the best way for OP to sstart a deep dive.
