Marine is too invested in Cover and might stay.

Gen5. All of them, Lamy might leave, same reason as Fubuki, and leaving some broken knees on her way out.
HoloID stays mostly because being there brings there more exposure than being indies. Iofi might leave and join Pochi's family.
HoloEN: Gura goes back to previous persona, struggles with expectations, retires. Calli cash out on her music career. Ame and Ina stay because they have no real reason to leave.
Kiara suffers a mental breakdown trying to decide between following Calli (knowing that she won't play with the yurishit outside of Hololive), fear of flunking outside of Hololive and staying in Hololive being an attention whore.
