Not okayu builder, but the way I have done it was
>use blender to convert your 3D model to wavefront .obj format
>use OBJ2MC (https://files.catbox.moe/ub4mra.zip) to convert the .obj model into a schematic file
>paste schematic into your creative world using WorldEdit
You will have to add the colors manually since OBJ2MC only uses 1 block for everything (pic related). After you are done you can make a litematica file of it to use it as reference in the server.

the method is pretty much:
>download the MMD of your desired chuuba (holos have their official 3Ds downloadable on their official site)
>open the model in blender (you may need to download a plugin for it) and pose it as desired
>IMPORTANT: make sure to delete any rigidbodies because they will present themselves as a ghost T-posing stick figure in the final product
>Save the product as an stl
>Upload the stl to https://drububu.com/miscellaneous/voxelizer/?out=sch. I recommend using white terracotta, smooth sandstone or smooth quartz as a material, whichever one is your preferred skin tone.
>Import the schematic via worldedit on your singleplayer creative world, ask a janny to import it to the server's creative world, or manually rebuild the entire thing in litematica if you don't want to bother asking a janny or use worldedit. If you have worldedit at your disposal, simply use brushes and gmasks to color your build; if you're manually rebuilding; you can color your build as you go rebuilding it from bottom to top.

Small builds can be eyeballed, but I seriously burned out trying to wing a cathedral in survival. After rebuilding the walls for a 3rd time I nuked the entire thing and went to creative with worldedit in hand. When you need things to line up in even moderately complex layout, you really want the ability to just move large sections around.

Just had an idea come to mind and wondering if you guys would be interested
Was thinking an elytra event or at least a course of minigames i could build and it would have two game modes or more

One game mode would just be a normal race following rings through the sky till the end
The other game you would fly around an area that has rings. You would have a limited amount of time to get as much points as possible
You would get points by flying through rings and there would be smaller rings that give you more points
Im just brainstorming and dont even know if or when I'll start this build, just wanted to share and see if you guys have any ideas for these elytra minigames

Just to re-hash the plan
>On November 29th into the 30th if needed, I will bring the server down for maybe a few hours to make a final server backup
>When it comes back up, anarchy begins
>Everything outside 10k will be wiped and re-generated with 1.18 chunks, if you want something moved inside the 1.17 bubble or saved and pasted into new chunks after update start talking to jannies to get that ready NOW
>World will be regenerated to 20k, with 10-15k ideally for building and 15-20k for resources and wiped for 1.19
>The End will also be reset again

Other stuff to note
>The world height changes could have a possibility of breaking nether portal connections to the roof
>There's always a potential for stupid shit in general, recommend asking for hard backups of gear and important valuables

I am the second anon you quoted. I think new chunks should be as close to everyone as possible because what’s the 2000 something blocks of old chunks doing other than a 2 kilometer distance to where the new generation is? Also, if they were closer, it would be more likely that people to build in those new chunks rather than just going there for exploration and never going back there again other than for materials.
