The real kicker here is that Gura saw the second superchat and started laughing at the absurdity of the SC from Skeleton Doomguy without the context of the previous superchat.
Unfortunately, at the end of the "Sana Is Missing" arc, the meme seems to have been twisted into a perverse method of mocking Sana for being beset by such unfortunate circumstances that just so happened to exactly mirror an established EN meme.
