A timeloop happens when a (usually controversial) subject that was brought up on the previous iteration of this thread gets brought up in the current thread.
A "rrat" is short for "narrative", AKA any absurd theory that the local schizos come up with thanks to the power of their tortured minds and lack of meds. When you see one, simply respond with "Ogey" and/or any other form or ridicule and move on, no matter how believable the rrat in question may be.
