Risu is a performance vtuber, she goes all out on the chipmunk voice and being weird when in reality she has a pretty deep voice and is probably very normal. What I like about Based Bear is that she is more of a chill vtuber that is naturally cute. Both are valid approaches, but I like the authenticity of the latter more.
