I'm fairly confident she has some type of trigger for the hair highlights, it also seems that she has an emergency switch. She uses motion tracking gloves which uses for gestures when she's on CB. She usually doesn't use them on twitch much as she has broken them before and doesn't really need them for her content on there. The camera's are controlled by her, she can move them manually, have them move depending on the way she facing or have them just orbit.
That said, it wouldn't surprise me if i'm wrong.
