She doesn't hate men, she hangs out with her girlfriend's boyfriend. She doesn't seem the least bit interested in doing male collabs though and for all her interaction with non-Holo vtubers and people in general, it's only females. This is clearly a conscious choice. In her old content she had no problem with interacting with guys.
