Does it mean it's bad? Not necessarily, they do provide support and high quality assests, tough a lot of restrictions and 50% cut on earings, so if you're already successful as indie (like >70 viewers) with average donators, it's probably not too great of a deal.
I'd a bit better than Tsunderia, far better than Kawaii or Amber glow, but still not as good as Cyber Live or Phase connect.
