I used to donate at least $5 every stream, which was roughly 3 times a week for a long time. I would try my best to say something funny or kind with the Japanese I know, and then I would do my best to translate her response. I really like having my name read and getting a cute reply. It made me feel special. I can't afford it anymore right now though, and even if I could, my oshi has moved to streaming everyday. She also used to read superchats almost everytime, but has stopped doing it as often. So I just have my membership for now.
