My oshi is based as always. Holostars can't grow period, it too late.
Hololive fucked them over when they went super hard to cultivate an audience that only really gives a shit about females also doesn't help the brand itself treats them an ugly-stepchild and barely acknowledges their existence, at this point they're basically just Yagoo's personal pet project. I don’t think even if you threw any number of Hologirls at the Stars that it’d do anything to really boost them. I mean Pizzadad had a collab with Lain from NijiJP IIRC.
The designs seem to appeal more to fujos than dudes, and I’m not sure if they have the same appeal to guys looking for a friend sim or something. And in the west there’s probably less appeal since they’d rather watch any number of YouTube/twitch personalities instead. Truthfully I don’t know where you take the Stars from here other than maybe an EN/ID branch, can’t be any worse.
