They decide whether they want to have sex or not, if they don't then that's it, nothing can be done there.

There are always talks, studies, painting and whatnots of what young alone men do, but haven't you noticed that it's never the case for their gender counterpart? That's because it's not a thing, young "alone" women doesn't happen, and I quoted alone here because what I meant is truly alone, not their perception of what being "alone" means.
Even coming back to vtubers, just have a look at the board. Mostly female vtubers, because the reality is that women into vtubers for the BFE are not as common as what some would like to argue. They don't need it, because they already have enough physical interactions whether if it's in a committed relationship or not.
