How different would Holostars and Hololive be now if he was still around?

He was by far the fastest growing Holostar at the time, had an appealing design, wasn't afraid of interacting with other Vtubers and inviting them to collabs and he got the attention of Hologirls that never cared about Holostars before like Coco and Watame.
And this all happened while Hololive was growing in popularity in 2020.

It really feels like he was the key to making Holostars big and widely accepted in Hololive but then he suddenly quit.
