Ayame is the worst, not only because she never fucking streams but because she has a huge stick up her ass about these things. She's the only one who has told people on stream not to comment on tweets that are responses to other vtubers, told her chat not to use anything but Japanese and told clippers to delete any negative comments about her. Everything I see about Ayame makes me think she has an absolutely enormous entitlement complex, add to that she doesn't even really do her job in the first place and she's just a cunt of a person.
