Pomu seems to have a fairly good knowledge of anime, plays eroge and VNs, has a strong knowledge knowledge of idol groups, the music and the surrounding culture, also a seiyuu fan, has experience of attenting cons and concerts in Japan, does streams like touring around Akiba and stuff based on her travel experiences in Japan, think she was part of some foreign exchange thing at one point during school. Has also shown off some of her anime related merch and talked about it a lot, knows Japanese well enough to get by in simple conversations.
Elira seems to have a fairly wide knowledge of Japanese stuff outside of just anime and mangaI think, learned Japanese at least well enough to converse fluently, lived/worked in Japan as an adult and I think went to school there for a while as a child, can sing hundreds of vocaloid/anisong off the top of her head based on prompts from chat, knows how to play mahjong, has experience of attending cons and concerts in Japan, seiyuu and utaite fan, knows about more general Japanese TV like variety shows, fan of male idol groups, gachashit addict, shelfs full of figures and merch for her favourite characters.
