They all managed to improve in some way:
- Kawaii went from complete irrelevancy to somewhat competitive
-Tsunderia has a gen full of singers
- Prism won on personality

Weaknesses

Musical gen has to make good covers regularly and their originals have to be absolute bangers
>Kawaii
(other than Lua with her singing) lacks any specialists.
>Prism
new gens hours are really late for EU and east coast NA
Prism is about two gens away from solidifying its place as #4 EN agency.
Right now they have Shiki, Luto, Non, Sara, Yura, Nia, Rita. Nice mix of personalities and talents. All they need is to hire people for EU hours, fix their websites and branding, give design updates to Gen 1, and a solid merchandising.

Prism, Tsunderia, and Kawaii suffer from too many deadhours.

Miori is going to med school so Tsunderia. While the new gen is good, their specialty isn't personality.

In a couple of months both CyberLive Gen 2 and Phase-Connect Gen 2 will be debuting. Both companies lack any direction so don't expect much improvement for their next gens.

It's for merchandise and marketing. One really good track gets played everywhere, Kareoke by other chuubas(imagine if Nijis and Holos sang their songs during a karaoke), and it can make the company a lot of money.

I disagree about PC and CL. I think every corpo first gen is hard to tell what they will be like. PRISM I had 0 faith in until gen 2/3, same could happen for CL and PC. I think gen 2 is the most important gen in establishing yourself.

CL is doing very well considering it's their first gen. Lumi and Seina pull over 100 on YT on a good day and Lumi is hitting 200 on Twitch. If the 2nd gen is good they'll start pushing past Tsun and Kawaii soon.

My favorites are Sara and Namiji, but I think overall Tsunderia had the strongest showing since they focused the most on talent. I think as a whole, Kawaii's and Prism's new gens really aren't special in any meaningful way.

So far from what was hinted by Misaki is that Gen 2 will address the dead hours between stream times and one of them is dutch. There's also rumors that Megbert of /wvt/ joined the company too since she deleted everything on her account. Yuri also said one of them has the biggest boobs out of all of them.

Shiki got to 100k subs which is near NijiEN level. Superchats wise Luto and Shiki are in the top earnings so they're doing well. I think the goal is to reach around that level for small corpos as a minimum for all their members.

Kawaii didn't catch me at all, nothing noteworthy about them outside the usual gfe so many startup members fall into.
Prism didn't catch my eye much outside of Sumi and Non, but not by much, but they look good overall.
Now Tsuderia actually caught my eye a lot, they went all in with the music talent and stuck quite the interesting catch and also actually risked and tried to do something different from the usual in this case, adding males and putting them in a mixed wave, which not even Anycolor dared do with their EN branch, so kudos to them.
Amiya and Kazu caught my eye the most, especially Kazu (Tomo also caught my attention but that interest didn't last much) and both have tons of potential, Kazu especially since he, from what I have listened, is actually pretty average so he still has room to grow and improve, but the potential is there.

Same pretty much, another thing that made me like Kazu is that he seems to actually be stable and have a good head on his shoulders, unlike the rest of Tsun (funny that it's the straight male to be that way), or at least he seems so, we will see how he goes as time goes on, wouldn't be the first one to look "normal" and "sane" at first only to later turn out to be a massive menhera, but, at least for the time being, he seems stable and I like that after coming from so many unhinged nutcases.

Yeah, aiming for 500-1000 CCV would put them around the same level as successful japanese companies outside of Hololive and Nijisanji in an extremely saturated japanese market there. It's a very achievable goal and something you can actually grind for on twitch compared to having to hope you get lucky on youtube.

Recent example. Pippa and Tenma had a meet and greet for the fans where they can hop into voice chat and talk with them. The mod controls who to bring in and out. Problem is that they were doing it in alphabetical order and didnt take note of who went in so some people went twice. They didnt use a timer so some people got to talk with them for 5-10 minutes. The mod butted into the conversation between them. After an hour or two Pippa had to leave because she had plans and left many people waiting for hours and not getting a chance.
There's probably more mistakes of that event but yeah, it was really amateurish and poorly done.
