If I can be an armchair psychologist, you can see how she gets hyperfixated of stuff, she has crippling ADHD. I'm pretty sure she also unironically thinks that when she says all the shit that's she's planning to do, that she's going to actually do it, like she doesn't even realize that she will lose motivation and procrastinate.
