How it all would go if Hololive started in west and was a western company?

How popular they would be, what games stream and content make, rules chuubas would be underneath, permissions etc?
Would they be overall better than current Hololive?
I know that Vsojo exists, but it appeared after Hololive, I think time of appearance and order matters very much

The west didn't really care about vtubers until Hololive got stupidly popular last year (or, well, not since the Kizuna Ai hype died down), and being idols would have been even more of a debuff. Thet would've had to appeal to foreign markets like China oh wait that's what real Hololive did anyway

I mentioned them in spoiler. See, part of the reason VShojo is as it is now is because their men in suits analyzed the marked, analyzed hololive and other agencies like Niji, and chose their politics to be like it is now. But if they would be the first ones, without other agencies on the market yet, would they be like they are now?

Hololive's popularity with EOPs was built on the backs of people like fbk, korone, coco and haachama among a couple others.
Without them holoEN would've NEVER been a thing, especially without haachama who was the pioneer in wanting an EN Gen and coco for going after it in earnest.

They would be drawn in calarts style and Japanese-derived names/eastern name order wouldn’t be as common.

Realistically, it would have never took off like it did in our timeline and likely would have died off early. Assuming we're talking that Cover founded itself in the west in 2016 and debuted alt-Sora in 2017.
