Regardless of it, the company DID violate public trust by not informating them publicly of the possibility of a scam using their image (even a simple "verify your shit" or "audition info only to and from [email protected]"). Also

vshojo got the phsihing domain closed (twice), they warned their applicants about ongoing phishing attacks, the doxxniggers aren't a bunch of underage brazilians, calling the site hosted on the domain a "scam site" is a bit rich considering it was actually just a doxx dump, the harassment had gone on for longer than this particular phishing attack and mostly consists of harassing vshojo talent and nyanners specifically
it's a mess please fix it

I would still think they'd want to at least take down phishing and scam sites that use their name, members and logo without their permission.
