Implementing some basic mash enemies + loot + pick-a-build-prefab-to-place is not really a direction, not really what you can call basic functionalities. I'm going to give them the benefits of the doubt since they're doing it in VR too(?), but that barely counts even as a tech demo at the moment.

To be honest if the "game" just ends up being a generic sandbox but where hololive fans can meet up and do basic "open world" shit, with random events where they get to actually see their oshi ingame, that'd be more than enough. And actually let's just dream for a second, if it works on VR without bugs and with good performance, it's unironically going to be a better VRchat.
