Pekora doesn’t have many memes surrounding her, not many hit song/clips, also doesn’t spam collabs so she have even less clippable moments compare to other Holo who collab with just about anybody. Not to mention being confined in Japan
That’s all I can think of. But that is not necessarily a bad thing, she can build a bigger core fanbase out of her subs and those people will absolutely watch her no matter what.
I legit think Pekora depise collab and believe that a Holo should be able to attract view by herself, that’s why she avoid doing it, it just sound very her
