Even Reine came out to say that Ame helped her a lot prior to her debut, and she appeared in Kiara's stream to help her out as well when she was having trouble. Sure her advice may or may not be accurate, but she does her best to help her friends with the knowledge she knows
>despite usually being quiet during full EN collabs, she knows when to give input and bants to keep the conversation flowing. Just watch the latest EN drawing collab and pay attention to Ame, she drops topics left and right for her other genmates to pick up and run with the topic
>despite being pushed as the "toxic gremlin girl gamer hurr durr", she's actually very sweet to her teamates and is genuinely thankful for their support. she has expressed many times in supa sunday and community posts that she finds her job rewarding and worth doing because of her teamates, and that it pushes her to do a better job
>speaking of better job, she listens to her community when she tries to flake out of promises. not all the time, mind you, but she does welcome input from her community and actually listens to them
>while I confess that I don't keep up to date with all of the holo EN girls, IMO Ame has the most variety with her streams, for better or worse. she had the waifu certificate stream, the halloween one, AI dungeon, accent learning, and date stream to list a few
>she has said that she's notoriously bad at starting collabs, but the fact that she keeps pushing herself out of comfort bubble to collab with her senpais like Rob Oh Cock, Mel, and Haachama informs me that she wants to be a better streamer and hololive member in general
