Technically competent, inoffensive, generic, something they'd scroll by every day from random artists on twitter and think "that's nice I guess, I'll give it a like", except it's from another holo so it requires a written gush about how nice and thoughtful it is.
There's nothing exactly wrong with any of that, but I do wish she'd add a bit of character, humor, any little bit of interest and originality when she draws for coworkers.
