What is one thing that a cute male vtuber design should incorporate but hasn’t really been done yet or is generally underutilizes but would work even with a male voice or just be a great addition overall
Thinking accessories, design elements, concepts, etc.

If you're a man asking for advice you should make sure you're able to pull off a cute sounding voice, first and foremost. You can have the cutest design in the world but a masculine voice to pair with it just leads to a sense of incongruity.
But if we're speaking in a general sense, I've yet to see the "rich brat" shota archetype portrayed in VTubing. Typically it's characterized by elements like suspenders, shorts, and knee-high socks.
Think of characters like Ciel Phantomhive or even young Dio from Jojo.
Quite cute and quite underutilized.

Outside of the first post I still feel like there is a lack of variety in kemonomimi, monsterboys and cute male androids/robots as well.
There really is nothing like a cute brat though, unlike the other poster Id be fine with voice discrepancy.
