the reason of blacklist them is pretty much easy to tell,
1. Big exposure.
Its not rocket science to know that majority of Holofan know nijiEN but don't really give em a watch because why? They don't have a reason to even give them a try so that you answer
2. Danger of losing some viewer in and out right making people start watching nijiEN
I Mean come on, like i said, majority of Holofan don't really feel to give nijiEN a watch so they don't even know what kind of vtuber nijiEN have, with a collab, Holofan are force to watch them and know what kind of vtuber they are, this also can become a big risk for holo because if that one collab become a big deal and people start checking up nijiEN for real, then they end up getting more fans which is bad for Business reason
3. Holofan/nijifan how enjoy that collab Will always ask for more collab.
Which is good for the talent to have fun with, but not a good move for cover itself because instead of gaining good, they just make nijiEN gaining good and possiblely of losing some good in process
Let's be real here, for Business reason, cover is really smart to blacklist them in secret so its don't cause an outrage, but as viewer of both i so disappointing, i just want to enjoy kino collab but to bad i guess
