Neither are evil really. Both care about their employees and give them help where it's feasible, although they ARE still companies so ultimately profit is their end goal and you should never let them make you forget it.
That said, Cover is consistently incompetent, so that's bad, even if it's obviously not malicious like this board pretends at times. I do think they try their best when it comes to actual crises though, at least since the Mel incident. They're just slow on the uptake.
Meanwhile, while the "NIJISANJI IS SINK OR SWIM AND THEY TREAT THE PEOPLE ON THE BOTTOM LIKE TRASH" rrats are entirely bullshit, Anycolor IS notably hands off, so YMMV as to how bad that is. Whether you think them building wide instead of tall is inherently bad is also up to you, now that I think about it.
tl;dr OP is a faggot, anyone trying to paint either company as an actual black company or some kind of collection of angels is a retard and/or a bootlicker, they're both mostly fine but still corporations when you get down to it.
